Twibs Properties was founded by Natasha, and run alongside her twin sister Lucy as company representative — combining experience from two professions built around responsibility, organisation, communication, and exceptional standards.
The name "Twibs" comes from a nickname we gave ourselves growing up as twins. It represents the trust, teamwork, and reliability that now form the foundation of our business.

Lucy's background is in teaching, a profession built on organisation, clear communication, reliability, and calm problem-solving under pressure. For landlords, that translates into straightforward updates when you want them, issues resolved quickly and quietly, and a long-term working relationship you can trust — the kind of steady, responsive point of contact most landlords say they've been missing.
We hold both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance with Jove, and are members of The Property Ombudsman — giving landlords and partners full confidence in every agreement we enter.
